Location: ASU Campus, during spring break week. Low cost, great facilities, beautiful weather. Average Temperatures 26C high, 12C low, 84% chance of sunny weather.
Venue: Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building IV, home of the ASU School of Earth and Space Exploration. Marston Exploration Theater: seats 230, with 4K projection system and theater-sized screen.
Banquet: Desert Botanical Gardens, 7km from venue by bus.
Please have your talk prepared in Microsoft Powerpoint, Apple Keynote or PDF formats. Other formats (e.g. open office) are not supported. We will use a lecture room computer for all presentations. Please transfer your presentations onto the presentation computer during the breakfast, coffee break or lunch break period before your talk. There will be a conference representative there to help, and we will have a USB thumb drive available if you do not have one. We will not have the option to use your own computer to limit technical issues, so please be prepared to transfer your file!
The poster board area available for each poster is 1.2m x 1.2m. Hanging hardware will be provided. Posters may be set up on Monday morning and should be left up for the entire conference. Unwanted posters will be discarded at the end of the day Wednesday. A formal poster session is scheduled for Tuesday evening.
